City of New Prague Issues RFP for Managed Information Technology Services
The City of New Prague is seeking proposals from qualified Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver comprehensive managed information technology services in support of the City’s municipalities.
The City's technology environment includes administrative operations, public safety services, utilities and operational technology (OT/SCADA) environments, distributed facilities, municipal fiber infrastructure, mobile and field operations, and customer-facing hospitality services.
The selected provider will serve as the City’s strategic technology partner and will be expected to provide:
- IT infrastructure and network support
- Cybersecurity services
- Help desk and end-user support
- Operational technology (OT) and SCADA
- Disaster recovery, data backup, and resiliency services
- Strategic planning and technology governance
- Vendor coordination and operational support
