All drawings and information at this time is in the "concept" stages and does not reflect any final layout that may be approved as the City has not conducted a full review at this time and has not provided any approvals.  Please contact Community Development Director Ken Ondich at kondich@newpraguemn.gov if you should have any questions.

The first public meeting related to this development will occur at the Park Board meeting on July 14th, 2026. (Packet is available on this page below)

The second public meeting related to this development will occur at the Planning Commission meeting on July 22nd, 2026. (Packet is available on this page below)

The City Council will review the same information as the Planning Commission.  Their review will occur on August 3rd, 2026.
